About Our Name Change

We are pleased to announce that we have changed our business name. Formerly known as eLearningToolBox, our new name is SmarterServices (SmarterServices.com).

In addition to our new company name, we are also changing our product names. Formerly known as TestProctors, SmarterProctors will be the new name for our database of qualified proctors to administer high stakes exams. Mobile Proctors

Some proctors are available to come to the student's location to administeer the exam.

Proctor Affadavit

All proctors sign an affadavit agreeing to these terms:

  • You will not proctor a test for anyone who is related to you.
  • You must be present at all times during the exam.
  • You ensure the person taking the exam is identified correctly using photo ID.
  • You ensure the person taking the exam has no access to non-allowed material.
  • You ensure that if more than one person is taking the exam that they do not share information.
  • You ensure the person taking the exam does not attempt to reproduce, save, print or copy the exam or its components.
  • You are providing accurate self identification.
Proctor Criteria

To quality as a test proctor, a person must be able to document that they meet one or more of the following criteria.

  • College Faculty Member
  • Educational administrator (i.e. school principal, college dean) at a community college, university, elementary or secondary school
  • Educational officer of a corporation
  • Educational officer of a military installation
  • Educational officer of a correctional facility
  • Testing administrator at a college, university or private testing service
  • Librarian at a public library
  • Notary Public
  • Employee of a Disability Resource Center
  • College Advisor/Counselor
  • Commissioned officer ranked 2LT or higher with a valid military email address.
  • US Embassy employees
  • Member of the court system
  • Clergy or other person associated with a temple, synagogue, mosque or church
  • Law Enforcement Officer (Sergeant, Lieutenant or Captain only)
  • Human Resources Officer
